Production legal review required
The current site collects information when a visitor submits a contact request and when an authorized customer signs in. Streamline should publish a reviewed privacy notice that accurately describes collection, use, sharing, retention, security, and applicable privacy rights.
No “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control should be added merely for appearance; it should be implemented when the company’s actual practices and applicable law require it.
